Why did my claim request got rejected?

The most common reason for a claim to get rejected is that our team was not able to establish that you have access to an entity’s social media channels. In the process of claiming a Viberate Page, make sure you share it to the entity’s Facebook, Twitter or any other official social media channel, either as a post or in the bio section, and don't remove the post or change the bio section until your claim request has been accepted. Only then can you delete the post or remove the link from the bio section. If your request is rejected, you can always re-submit it.
